Falafel, hummus, kabob, tahini, & baklava are only a few of the culinary pleasures you will experience.
You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in culture as you learn to make falafel, ride camels, visit museums, and dine with the Bedouins! Israel is a beautiful and intoxicating country, and before you’ve left, a piece of it will be weaved into the fabric of your soul!
